Returns Policy
Because we sell food products and dietary supplements, our returns policy follows UK hygiene and safety regulations.
May be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be sealed, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty.
Cannot be accepted for hygiene and safety reasons, unless faulty or damaged.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty, contact us within with your order number, description of the issue, and clear photos. We'll offer a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs where applicable.
How to Return
