Questions
When am I charged?
Your first box is charged when you order. Renewals are charged automatically on the same day of each cycle to the payment method you saved at checkout. We email you before each renewal.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time from My Account → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals; boxes already paid for still ship.
Can I pause?
Yes. You can pause your subscription up to two times from My Account and restart it when you are ready.
Can I change the frequency or the blend?
Cancel the current plan and subscribe again with your new choice, or email info@longevium.co.uk and we will change it for you.
How is it delivered?
Free UK delivery on every subscription order. Boxes are dispatched within 1–2 working days and usually arrive within 2–4 days.
What if a payment fails?
We retry the payment and email you. If it still fails, the subscription is put on hold until you update your card in My Account. Nothing is charged twice.
